The Open Observatory of Network Interference is a global community measuring Internet censorship. They ship free and open source network measurement tools that anyone can use to measure Internet censorship.
OONI Explorer is an open data resource that sheds light on internet censorship and other forms of network interference worldwide. Since 2012, millions of network measurements have been collected by the community from more than 200 countries.
